Gee that was tough

The great climb up Old Willunga Hill in the southern part of Adelaide during another stage of the Tour Down Under. All of the riders where happy to see the weather cool down, with light showers on the day. As previous years, the temperature was in the 40’s.

I Think I am ahead

This is one of my Favorite Photos. It was the battle for second place during a stage of the Tour Down Under. Australia’s own Stuart O’Grady actually was just ahead of the other two.

I call this photo African Sunset, but obviously it was not taken there. It was actually taken on the York Peninsula on a beautiful warm summers day in 2007 near Stansbury.

Warm and Fuzzy

I took this photo while camping at Lake Bonney on the Easter long weekend of 2006. This is a great site to camp, and I have done it for many years however, due to the severe drought we have been suffering with here in South Australia, the water has receded 15 metres. Travelers are suffering, but more importantly, the wildlife in the area has been the hardest hit.

Woo Hoo

This photo was taken during the 2007 rally season at Robertstown. This picture is of the current state champion; Matt Selley (Driver) and Johanna Fuller (Navigator).

I was standing approximately 25 metres away from the launch site, and laded around 2 metres away from me. Was I crazy? Hell yeah, but us rally photographers don’t have much brains! :P
